The initial site survey is free within our service area. For locations outside it, any travel costs are communicated upfront.

How long does a network or CCTV installation take?

It depends on the scope. A small office is typically completed in 1–3 days, while building-wide or multi-site projects follow an agreed timeline.

Can I monitor the CCTV from my smartphone?

Yes. We set up secure remote access so you can view live feeds and recordings from your smartphone, tablet or PC.

Which equipment brands do you use?

We work with a range of trusted brands and recommend hardware based on your requirements, scale and budget — we're not tied to a single vendor.

Is the installation work under warranty?

Yes. All installation work comes with a workmanship warranty, and hardware is covered by the official manufacturer or distributor warranty.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance contracts?

We do. Monthly and annual maintenance plans are available, including scheduled checks, monitoring and priority incident handling.
